1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup ultra low-fat Cool Whip or equivalent frozen edible oil type topping
1/2 apple cut
1 tablespoon of Heath bar or Skor bar...caramel bits
slivered almonds or walnuts (optional)
Like many others I have a recipe that I too stumbled on. It is kind of like a Waldorf salad without the mayo (but you
could add it if you wanted to).
Mix it all together and eat. Leave it overnight and the caramel will blend and it will taste even better. I can't believe
that this is good for me. I feel like I cheat every time I eat it.
