Things to remember when life gets stressful (which it ALWAYS seems to do right around this time of the year.)

- Attitude really can drive how your day goes.
- You have the right to feel great and have fun. Sometimes its just more work than other times.
- Do the best you can, and you WILL be rewarded; even if its in an unanticipated way.
- Sometimes all anybody needs is a hug. Take one, pass it on.

It's the end of the Summer

It appears that summer has fled already. It seems like not even a week ago we were sunny and warm, but there is a bite in the air, and rain is back to remind us that summer, while it feels like a long lazy day, is just another fleeting season. Slipping through our fingers just as we think we have it truly captured in our minds and hearts.


Autumn is here with the tall corn stalks, the fresh squash, pumpkins and orange and black themed decor. Now we start the inevitable slide into the holiday season, and before you know it, we'll have flown through Turkey Day and be singing carols in anticipation of the end of the year. One more revolution winding down, or is that revelation?

Puppy Friday
Every Friday should have at least one thing that will put a smile on your face. So, for that purpose I have collected the MOST adorable pictures of Nica, a black lab puppy that calls a friend of mine "my human dad". :-)
